At Engraven Card, we want you to be completely in love with your fashion pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn apparel or accessories with all original tags attached securely back into their original packaging.

  Generate Return Label

  Visit our online return portal, enter your order number and zip code, and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Ship it Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
